‘The Sumptuous Discovery of Gotham A Go-Go’

Mural created in collaboration with DonChristian Jones and various amazing students from the Academy of American Studies, H.E.RO. High School and New World High School for the Museum of Modern Art.

The characters, monuments, and landmarks in this mural were imagined by students at New York City high schools. Set in a parallel version of New York City, known as Gotham, the scene interweaves the students’ stories and ideas, reflecting a community that cares for one another, grows together, and manifests creativity.
